WHO IS REALLY MAD? Part II

Mistakes.

We've made a few and they're not too few to mention.

If you're thinking it is an older movie, you're right.  What it makes me think is what part isn't getting through?

See, won't you?

Watch Pink Floyd - The wall.avi

What were some of the first things this movie said to you within the first 6 minutes?

Here is a list of but a few I found.  There are countless more. Please share your own:
There is a wild beast and you know who it is.
Who is responsible for the mess we have gotten ourselves into?  Let's take a closer look for those who just can't see it and for those who simply refuse.
Reality check.
Come out of the dark ages and into the light
There is no grey area.
Our past is checkered.
We can segregate ourselves and remain hidden behind locked doors but where has that gotten us?
The light is on but who is home?
It has been a long hall and it is time to see the light.
The light, your light, is inside.  See it.
We all have that light.  See it.
You cannot hide from the light.
Come out of your shadows.
We are living in a lie.
There is artificial light and power and true light and power.
The only real sucker is right in front of you.
We need to get our heads our of our asses and realize where the responsibility lies and what we are capable of.
It isn't they who have the power and control, but rather each of us.
Who are we fighting, really?
Are we really fighting the right battle?
Who is the real beast?
Blood is on our hands.
We are all being faced with a choice.
Their light is artificial and we do not need their power.
We need to muster up courage.
Like matchsticks in a box, we can live among one another individually and at peace, without harm.  We can strike back without being destructive or remain volatile.  We have a choice and right now we are all stuck in that box and that box is a trap and far from safe.  We don't need the box.  It is just an illusion.  The striker is not necessary for us to light our light.  There is no lock on the box and the only thing keeping us in it is ourselves.  We need to get out of that box and see that we can use the light that is in each of us for good.
The answers are in plain sight and lie in each of us.  Somehow we have become comfortable with those lies despite the cost.
By way of the gun see that killing one another only leads us to isolation, fear, and destruction.
As long as we do not see that, we remain the problem.
Single yourself out and take a good look.
There is just you.
There is no one and no thing to fight.
What is our goal, really?
Where are we hoping to go with all this?
People are dying all around us and for what?
It is time to break the silence.
What are we waiting on?  Each other?
Facing truth is a lonely place.
Time haunts us.
One hand cannot see what the other is doing.
What kind of a Mickey Mouse game are we playing anyway?
We magnify the problem by perpetuating it.
What are we teaching our children?
What lies are we telling them?
What morals do we have?
What example are we setting?
What legacy will we leave them?
What messages are we sending?
Where does the madness end?
It's time to take responsibility.
Wake up.
There's still time.
We are wasting time.
We are wasting ourselves away by doing nothing.
We sit.  Motionless and do nothing even though we are aware.
We have become numb to the pain we inflict upon ourselves
We inflict pain on ourselves because of the lies and hurt inflicted on us by others.
Some who claim to love us.
Some who claim to guide us.
Some who claim to protect us.
Some who claim to do all three.
We are the one's in control of the machine and are only prisoners in our own minds.
We have a shared responsibility no matter who or where we are.
The answer is in communication and listening.
The key is in morality and truth.
We need to breakdown the barriers we have built.
We're all in this together.
You gotta start somewhere and there is no time like the present.
Breaking out may be chaotic at first but can it really get any worse?
Listen to your inner self.
It's time to clean things up.
Wake up and set yourself free.

just a shade off white
unscathed
sheltered
oblivious
chaos
ignorance is bliss
pretending
going through the motions
emotionless
cleaning
safety matches
lies
living in darkness
turning to a crutch
not facing facts
foolishness
ignorance
fear
maybe if we just ignore it it will just go away
think
find your light

Is the price worth it?
You decide.
Where did things go wrong?
Where did we lose our way?
What has happened to our morals?
Who is really mad?
